At ReGSM, we offer two types of devices, depending on the brand:
    •    Apple phones: These are original second-hand devices, never refurbished, and always with 100% genuine Apple parts.
    •    Samsung phones: These are premium-grade refurbished units, restored to top condition using original Samsung components only — no aftermarket parts, ever.

All our devices go through strict manual inspection and come with our official certification report, ensuring full functionality, clean appearance, and long-term reliability.

Back Market & Refurbed are large platform that connects buyers with third-party sellers. While this offers variety, it also means inconsistent quality, as different sellers follow different standards.

Do you offer warranty or returns?

Yes. Every phone comes with a 24-month warranty and a 14-day return policy.
If anything goes wrong, our support team in Europe is ready to assist — quickly and directly.
We believe in earning your trust, not just your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will need to follow our return process after receiving it.

How to return?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. We will email you a prepaid waybill, and a courier will collect the parcel from your address. Once we receive and check the item, we will issue your refund.
